A local Coulomb interaction, U, is included to describe the highly localized electrons at the well and an Abrikosov-Suhl (AS) resonance appears at low temperatures. So, in this energy range the current is flux dependent. Above the Kondo temperature TK the AS resonance disappears and the flux-independent behavior is recovered.
