Simul taneous production of alpha and beta amylases by Bacillus subtilis MIR-5 in batch and continuous culture
Simultaneous production of α- and β-amylase was studied in batch and continuous culture using starch as substrate in B. subtilis MIR-5. By mainipulating the cultural condition, both enzymes could then be produced by the same strain. © 1992 Kluwer Academic Publishers.
