Based on the results obtained, it is admitted that the integration ofTDIC is not limited to the selection and use of the various technological resources available, but assumes a process of articulationbetween the potential of these tools and the knowledge of teachers in the search and development of didactic strategies -methodologicalin the context of teaching Physics. Este trabalho investiga as atividades desenvolvidas na disciplina de Tecnologias da Informação e Comunicação no Ensino de Física deum programa de pós-Graduação de uma Universidade Federal do sul do Brasil. Para contribuir com a investigação foram elaboradosdois questionários aplicados no início e final da disciplina. Com base nos resultados obtidos, admite-se que a integração das TDIC nãose resume à seleção e uso dos diversos recursos tecnológicos disponíveis, mas assume um processo de articulação entre o potencialdestas ferramentas e os saberes dos professores na busca e desenvolvimento de estratégias didático-metodológicas no contexto deensino da Física.
